Parking

This is a great place for tenants and their guests to park. We offer one of the lowest rates in the city. Plus, we supply parkers with complimentary window-washing supplies and can do jumpstarts, fill low tires with air and help customers locked out of their cars. Franklin Street Exit:
This exit is completely automated (no cashier) and will require daily transient parkers to use a credit card for payment. Monthly parkers will continue to use their parking keycard. This is an exit only between the hours stated below. You may enter the garage via the Lower Wacker entrance during these times.  Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 12:00 am (midnight)

Daily Rates:
30 Minutes or Less: $13.00
1/2 to 1 Hour: $15.00
1 to 2 Hours: $21.00
2 to 3 Hours: $23.00

3 to 6 Hours: $24.00
6 to 12 Hours: $26.00
"Early Bird" Special: $20.00 (Weekdays - in by 8:00am and out by 7:00pm)
12 to 24 Hours: $29.00
Weekend: $14.00
Evening: $14.00

Monthly Rates:
Monthly Tenant Limited: $352.00
Monthly Non-Tenant Limited: $387.00
Monthly Reserved: $487.00

Monthly Rate for Motorcycles/Scooters: $165.00 (At this time, parking is limited to areas on P2 near the Lower Wacker Drive entrance/exit.  Customers receiving this discounted rate are required to park in the designated locations and only park the motorcycle or scooter listed on the Standard Parking contract.  If a monthly customer parks the motorcycle in any other location or drives a vehicle not listed on the discounted monthly contract then they will be subject to the full daily transient rate of $28.)
