Mail Room
The mailroom is staffed with one site manager to ensure that all mail is sorted quickly and efficiently. The site manager will have the help of two other sorters during the morning hours of 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and an afternoon closer from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., to collect the day’s outgoing mail. All mail is guaranteed to be sorted and ready for pick-up by 10:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.US Messenger will also offer personal deliveries for an additional cost. This convenient, “all-in-one” service will eliminate the need for a tenant-sponsored pick-up.
