Certificate of Insurance
Cetificates of Insurance are required from tenants, general contractors, subcontractors and vendors. The certificate of insurance must contain all the the following information exactly as written for it to be valid. In addition, an Endorsement (Form CG 20 10 1185 or equivalent) to the certificate of insurance is required. All contractors and vendors are required to have an endorsement and certificate of insurance on file in the Office of the Building before any work begins on premises. Insurance carriers are required to have ratings no less than B+ VIII by the most recent edition of Best's Key Rating Guide.Please submit the certificate of insurance and endorsement to the address under the certificate holder with attention to the Property Administrator.
